HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
We ships domestic orders via DHL and UPS and does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
International orders are shipped via DHL on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As such, clients are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred from purchasing goods internationally. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
For Ready-to-wear products, we aim to fulfill all orders placed online within 5-7 business days. Due to limited transportation availability as a result of nationwide COVID-19 impacts, package delivery times may be delayed.
For MTO/MTO products, please allow an additional 3-4 weeks of production lead time for your custom garments.
P.S. The length of time largely depends on your method of shipping. International orders can take up to two weeks given customs clearance.
WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
We highly recommend that you compare our size guide measurements with a garment that you have. If you have any doubt at all, please feel free to send us an DM/ email at email@example.com and our team will be happy to assist you.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE PRODCUCT?
We accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your package. Buyers will be solely responsible for return shipping fees and any fees related to customs and duties.
All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the Prestitch tags attached to them.
We reserve the right to not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
Unless as otherwise set out under the applicable laws and regulations, customers are permitted to exchange merchandise once for a different size based on stock availability.
Customers will take full responsibility for the exchanges to send with international courier with tracked shipment. Return shipping cost shall be paid by customers. Upon the returned item is received and approved by Prestitch, the replaced item will be sent by Prestitch with full responsibility.
Prestitch reserves the right to refuse returns that are not made via tracked shipment.
